I found a recipe here on Spark submitted by ELAINEHN that sounded really good, except the dressing (for me I don't really like super-creamy dressings and with buttermilk AND mayo in it it would have been too much). So I set out to create my own version and I LOVE what I came up with! Ingredients

2 bags of Dole Classic Coleslaw
3 Granny smith apples
3/4 cup Maple Grove Farms fat free Poppyseed dressing
2 Tb apple cider vinegar
2 Tb lemon juice
Directions
Makes a nice BIG salad for up to 12 people to have a generous scoop or two.
Peel and 2 of your apples. Just core the third.
Shred the 2 peeled apples into the slaw mix.
Chop the unpeeled apple into nice bite-size chunks
Toss with vinegar, lemon juice, and dressing.
MOST IMPORTANT STEP: ENJOY!
