Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    5 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 1/2 cup milk
    3 bananas (mashed)

Directions

mix all ingrediants together - fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. makes 12 texas size muffins.
