Ingredients

    1 pound 93% lean ground beef
    1 taco seasoning envelope
    2 cans of refrigerated biscuts (16 biscuts total)
    1 cup of shredded cheese

Directions

Brown beef and drain fat. Add taco seasoning and simmer 5 minutes. Flatten the biscuts and place on baking sheet. Place about 1/4 cup of prepared meat on 8 of the biscuts and add cheese to the tops. Place remaining 8 biscuts on top and press edges together lightly. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Top with favorite taco toppings.
