Ingredients

    36 mini tater tots
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup bisquick
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup mozarella cheese
    1 large egg
    optional: soy bacon or soy ham torn in small pieces

Directions

In an 8x8 inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray, layer tater tots with onions and cheeses. Add soy bacon or soy ham if desired. Mix egg, bisquick and milk together and pour over tater tot layer. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top and center is set. Makes 9 servings.
