Introduction

Ingredients

    2 mangos cut, diced
    2 plums cut and diced
    2 half cup servings of peaches in lght syrup
    (individual servings for kid's lunches)
    Concord grapes 15-20
    Cucumber, sliced no seeds
    Canary Melon, one quarter of a larger canary melon, cut and diced
    4 oz of non-fat vanilla yogurt
    juice of 2 limes or 2 tbsp of lime juice
    Sunflower seeds, roasted and salted

Directions

Makes approximately 8 cups at 1 cup each
Since most of the fruit is fresh, you must peel, dice and prepare the friut and put all of it into a bowl. Be sure that all the fruit is bite sized. in a smaller bowl, combne the yogurt and lime juice and whisk. Drizzle over the cut fruit and sprinkle some sunflower seeds if desired.
