    Soy Protien Powder - 1 Tablespoon
    Soy milk - 1 Cup
    Tofu
    Frozen Blueberries - 1 Cup
    Bananna
    Kiwi

Directions

Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy. Add more or less as your taste desires. Yum!
