    Put the 2 table spoons of olive oil in pan and preheat
    Add oinions and cook approximately 8 minutes before adding mushrooms and then spinach.

    Cook on a medium heat for approx 10 more min

    Cook bacon strips in other pan until crispy

    Mix egg beaters, milk and feta cheese in bowl.

    Drain the mushrooms, spinach and onions on a paper towel for about 10 minutes as the pie crust thaws

    Then place the mixture into the pie crust and spread the egg mixture evenly over the mixture

    Place in the oven on 350 and bake approximately 50 minutes. Let sit about 5 minutes before cutting and serving
