Introduction

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Heart Smart Bisquick mix
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 t. skim milk
1 t. vanilla
Directions
Makes 8 servings.
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Combine Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
3. Mix in milk until just mixed.
4. Knead dough 10 times on a floured board or counter. Roll or pat about 1/2 inch thick.
5. Cut into 8 rounds using a biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 450 degrees for 7-9 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and remaining teaspoon of milk until smooth. Add more or less milk to taste.
8. Spread glaze over hot biscuits.
9. Serve warm.
