Ingredients

4 cups frozen fruit (I used blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and marionberries)
    1 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Chop up fruit in a blender or food processor until the fruit is broken up into tiny pieces.

Add milk, sugar, and vanilla and blend until well mixed.

Serve and enjoy! Makes 8 servings. Depending on how much you blend the final product, the serving size may be 1/3 - 1/2 cup.

For a richer or sweeter ice cream, use heavy cream in lieu of milk or add a little more sugar.

    Very Good
I don't do dairy so I used Light Vanilla Silk (really good soy milk) and frozen peaches instead and it was really very good. I would make this again. - 8/16/10
