    1 x Chicken Breast
    Green Curry Paste
    Bamboo Shoots
    Water Chestnuts
    Peas
    1 TBSp Oil

Serves 4

Heat oil, medium low temp. Add paste for 1 minute (till oil appears) add chicken. Cook 5-8 mins. Add veges. Bring to boil for couple of mins.

Serve on rice
