Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup reduced fat mexican shredded cheese blend
    1 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 can rotel mild diced tomatos with chiles
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1 Tbsp. reduced sodium taco seasoning
    4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    4 oz fat free cream cheese

Directions

1. Mix the two shredded cheeses together in a bowl and take out 1 cup to reserve for later.
2. Mix in the beans, tomatos, taco seasoning, and sour cream.
3. Dice the cream cheese into cubes and stir into the bean mixture.
4. Spray a glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and spread the bean dip in the bottom. Sprinkle the top of the dip with the remaining cheese.
5. Bake the dip in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are slighly browning.
6. Serve with baked tortilla chips or Trader Joe's low fat blue tortilla chips.
