Ingredients

    3 cups whole wheat penne pasta
    1.5 cups fat free yogurt
    1 cup chopped raw onion
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    0.25 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp worchestershire sauce

Directions

Boil pasta according to manufacturer's instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large saucepan, saute onions in lemon juice. Once the onions are clear, add in black pepper, worchester sauce, and yogurt. Stir over low heat until sauce is warm. Re-add pasta back into pan. Stir thoroughly. Makes 6 servings - about one scant cup each. Can be topped with a little shredded sharp cheddar or parmesan if desired. Nutritional information does not include additional cheese.
