Introduction

This is a quick & easy recipe that you can adapt with whatever veggies you have on hand or whatever your family likes.
* I add the carrots to the boiling pasta so they're easy to chew for my toddler *
This is a quick & easy recipe that you can adapt with whatever veggies you have on hand or whatever your family likes.

Ingredients

    2 c small shell pasta
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    2 medium carrots, diced
    1 Tbsp EVOO
    2 Tbsp Ragu Tomato Sauce (1/2 c veggies in every serving variety)

    pinch of oregano and parsley

Directions

1. Cook pasta per package instructions
2. During last 2-3 minutes, add diced carrots to boiling pasta
3. Drain pasta & carrots
4. Return pot to low heat and add EVOO
5. Saute onions & garlic for 2 minutes
6. Add oregano, parsley, pasta, and carrots
7. Add tomato sauce and stir thoroughly

Makes 4 servings
