Ingredients

    1 onion, thing sliced
    2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp honey
    1 Dijon mustard
    2 whole grain rolls (3 oz each), slice in half
    5 oz natural low-sodim turkey beast
    2 leaves romaine lettue
    1 whole roasted ed pepper, patted dry and cut into thin strips

Directions

1) Heat small saucepan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, 5 minutes, or until browned. Add vinegar and 1 easpoon of the honey. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until very tender.

2) Stir mustard and remaining honey together in small bowl. Spread onto bottons of rolls. Drive turkey, lettuce, red pepper, and onion mixture among rolls.
