    1 lb ground turkey
    3/4 cup cooked wild rice
    1 egg
    2 T Dijon Mustard
    1 cup finely chopped fresh dill

Directions

Form into patties and grill. Mixture will be very soft, so you might want to slightly wet your hands when shaping patties.
