Ingredients

    8 ounces fresh torn spinach or baby spinach
    2 cups of sliced strawberries
    2 oz goat cheese or blue cheese
    1/2 cup Pecan halves

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    2 T balsamic vinegar
    1 T Sugar
    1/4 tsp dried tarragon
    1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    dash dry mustard

Directions

Toss spinach with sliced strawberries, pecans and cheese.

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and spices in a jar; shake until well blended. When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over the salad and toss.
