Ingredients

3 cups Old Fashioned Oats (100% whole grain)
2 3/4 Non-fat milk
juice of half of a lemon (optional)
1 Granny Smith Apple cored and either cubed or shredded
1 peach
1 cup of blueberries
Golden Raisins (optional)
Directions
Soak oats and raisins in just enough milk to cover - store overnight
Add apple, juice and fruit
Fold in yogurt
Add any kind of fruit you like! This is a great way to have oatmeal in the summertime!
