Introduction

This is a non fat low sodium variation on an old favorite. My hubby even had seconds. This is a non fat low sodium variation on an old favorite. My hubby even had seconds.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 c Onion Chopped
    1 c Fresh Mushrooms
    2 c Fat Free Sour Cream
    .5 c Red Pepper Chopped
    1 tbsp Course Ground Black Pepper
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder OR 2 tsp Minced Garlic
    3 c Whole Wheat Penne Pasta

Directions

Brown Turkey on medium high with Garlic and Pepper.

Add Red Pepper, Mushrooms, Onion and Sour Cream. Turn heat down to Medium stir frequently till pasta is done.

Boil Penne as per package directions. When done serve stroganof over pasta.

Serving Size 1/2 c Pasta 1/2c Stroganof
Yield 8 servings
