Ingredients

    1lb Ground Pork
    1lb Ground Beef or Turkey
    1/2 bag frozen pepper strips
    1/4 bag chopped onion, frozen
    1 cup dry seasoned breadcrumbs
    6oz tomato paste
    approx 5 tbsp ketchup
    1 Large egg, raw



Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Transfer mixed ingredients to 9 x 13 baking dish and place in oven. Cook for approx 45 mins to 1 hr. Due to using frozen ingredients at approx 30 mins you may need to drain excess liquid from baking pan and then replace in oven.
