Introduction

Very good as a dip on its own. Adding a 1/4 to a 1/2 of tomato to the mix may be good as well. Cilantro may also be a good herb to try instead of the sage, or be daring and try both! Ingredients

    1 15.5 oz can Garbanzo Beans (reduced sodium), Drained and rinsed
    1/4 cup Tahini
    1 Lime Juiced (about 1/5 cup juice)
    1 Small Avocado w/o skin or pit
    1/4 tsp Sage (or other favorite leafy herb)

Directions

1) Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
2) Enjoy!

Makes appx. 8 1/4-cup servings
