Ingredients

    1.75 pounds lean ground sirloin
    2 egg whites
    1 cup tomato sauce
    3/4 cup quick oats, dry
    1 package lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup shredded lowfat cheese

Directions

Mix packet of onion soup mix and water together, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together, then add the soup mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until done. Makes 8 servings.
