Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Garlic, 1 clove - grated or chop fine
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup [whole] cherry tomatoes - quartered
Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
Avocados, California (Haas), 0.5 fruit without skin and seeds
Directions
Mix liquid ingredients in medium bowl or serving dish.
Add each of the following ingredients and stir with each addition.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight before serving.
