A quick crockpot soup for days when dinner time is short. A quick crockpot soup for days when dinner time is short.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Two bell peppers, chopped (I used yellow & orange)
    One yellow onion, chopped
    Celery, several stalks, chopped
    Carrots, four or five thin, chopped
    1 can organic black beans
    1 bag frozen corn
    1 container vegetable broth

Directions

Add all ingredients to your crockpot, season if desired, cook on low for several hours.

I added cracked black pepper and cooked on low for about 12 hours.
