Introduction

A great side dish full of flavor and whole grains. Goes great served under stir frys and other Asian dishes. A great side dish full of flavor and whole grains. Goes great served under stir frys and other Asian dishes.

Ingredients

    Boil in water
    1 box of whole grain linguini
    8 cups of water
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    .5 tbsp wok oil
    .5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

    After boiling
    3 tbsp Kikoman Teriyaki baste and glaze
    2 tsp brown sugar
    .5 tbsp wok oil



Directions

Put water in large pot, add wok oil, celery flakes, crushed red pepper and soy sauce and bring to boil. Add noodles and return to a boil.

Drain noodles and return to pan. Add remaining wok oil, 2 tbsp brown sugar and 3 tbsp of teriyaki baste and glaze. Stir and serve.

Makes 7 half cup servings

    I made this for dinner tonight, and served them with the Asian glazed chicken recipe on this site. They were excellent topped with green onions! - 11/1/17
