Ingredients

    1 c Vanilla Soy Milk
    1/2 c unsweetened frozen strawberries
    1/2 c unsweetened frozen blueberries
    1 small banana, broken up

Directions

In a blender add 1 c of Vanilla Soy Milk, add blueberries, strawberries and a broken up banana. Blend on medium speed until desired consistancy is reached (or about 1 min). Strawberries and blueberries can be substituted for any other preferred fruit and fresh can be substituted for frozen when in season.

    i actually make this smoothie a few times a week---i like to add a small amount of honey, wheat germ and ground flax seeds to give it a nutritional boost---the kids love it, too! - 11/1/07

    Haven't tried it yet but will when I get some more almond milk and some more fruit. Also may add some fiber powder or protein powder so I can fill full - 1/15/11
