Introduction

A new twist on an old dessert A new twist on an old dessert
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

1 package fudge brownie mix (I used bagged Betty Crocker)
    1 large egg
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp water
1 10 oz. package Reese's peanut butter chips
    14 oreo-style double stuff cookies
    1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Directions

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. This particular recipe required 1 egg, 2 Tbsp water, and 1/3 cup oil. Before putting batter in the pan, add half of the peanut butter chips.

Bake brownies for 15 minutes. During this time crush the 14 oreos in a plastic baggie. When timer goes off, remove the brownies and cover with crushed oreos. Put brownies back in the oven for the remaining bake time.

When brownies are cooked until a toothpick comes out clean, remove from the oven. Top brownies with remaining peanut butter chips and 1/2 cup fluff. To soften the fluff, heat in saucepan over low heat. A little milk may be added to help softening.
