High in calories but very good and is a good way to get the nutrition from raw Broccoli & Cauliflower. Especially for people like me who prefer to eat it cooked. Ingredients

    1/2 cup imitation bacon bits
    1 cup Kraft Ranch Dressing
    1-1/2 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
    1/4 cup Organic cane sugar
    1 head Broccoli (cut into small pieces)
    1 head Cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
    1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
    1/2 cup Sunflower Nuts

Directions

Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onions bacon bits & nuts in large bowl. In a seperate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, vinegar & sugar. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate before serving. Makes about 12- 1 cup servings
