Oh, yum! My family loves this! I use an artificial sweetener and almonds instead of ramen noodles to make it suitable for my weight maintenance needs. I double the dressing but you can lower sodium or fat if desired by cutting half the salt or oil. Oh, yum! My family loves this! Ingredients

    1 small head cabbage, sliced in long, thin slices
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 bunch cilantro
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    8 Tbs Sunkist Almond Accents Ranch Style
    4 Tbs Fresh Gourmet Wasabi Ranch Wonton Strips
    2 Tbs sesame seeds

    dressing
    2 Tbs vinegar
    4 Tbs low salt soy sauce
    4 Tbs sesame oil
    4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
    3 Tbs lemon juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 dashes cayanne pepper
    4 packets splenda

Directions

Add cooked, diced chicken to dressing and let sit in fridge while preparing salad. Shred cabbage, slice green onions and pick off leaves from cilantro. Toss in chicken, tomatoes, *almond accents, **wonton strips and roasted sesame seeds.

*blanched, slivered almonds can be substitued for almond accents for lower sodium

**wonton strips can be eliminated if desired - they are yummy though!
