Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup cannellini or pinto beans (soaked and softened overnight)
    1 can of chopped tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 tsp crushed garlic
    1 1.2 tsp mustard powder
    1 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Soften chopped onion in pan
Add all other ingredients and cook gently until beans are softened and sauce is thickened
Serve on toast, with a fried egg
