Introduction

This is a recipe from "When Every Minute Counts... : A Healthy Exchanges Cookbook" by JoAnna Lund (with a few minor changes to suit my taste). This is a recipe from "When Every Minute Counts... : A Healthy Exchanges Cookbook" by JoAnna Lund (with a few minor changes to suit my taste).
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

1/2 cup (Kraft or other) Light Mayonnaise (original recipe calls for fat-free, but I can't find any in local stores)
1/8 cup (Kraft) Fat-Free French Dressing
1/8 cup Sweet Pickle Relish (I prefer Dill)
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tbsp dehydrated onions flakes

NOTE: I cut this recipe in half from the original with less French dressing than originally called for (original recipe uses 1/3 cup).

Directions

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and French dressing. Add pickle relish, black pepper, and onion flakes. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Serves 12 (1 tablespoon).
