Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup and 1 Tbsp White Wine vinegar
    1/4 cup and 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    4 Peaches, pitted and sliced
    1/4 tsp each of salt and cayenne pepper, or to taste
    3 tsp Spelnda, or to taste
    1 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 Lg Garlic Clove


Directions

Puree all ingredients. To make a more thicker dressing, use less white wine vinegar. To thin dressing add a tsp of water at a time to blender until desired consistancy make Store in glass jar for longer keeping. Should last you for 2 weeks or a little more. If refridgerated, let sit at room temp and shake before serving.
Serving Size: About 2 - 2.5 Tbsp
