Ingredients

11-12 lasagna noodles
1-1.5 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cup hot water
1 can tomato sauce
2 6oz cans tomato paste
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp marjaram
15 oz. ricotta cheese
16 oz. bag frozen spinach
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Chop onion and garlic
Brown ground meat with onion and garlic
Once cooked, add tomato paste, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, marjoram, and hot water
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, thawed spinach, eggs, parmesean cheese, and salt
In a 9X13 dish, layer ingredients starting with a thin layer of meat mixture.
Layer noodles, meat mixture, spinach mixture, and mozzerella cheese.
Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes or until bubbling and cheese is slightly browned on top.
