Spray pan on thin baking sheet. Toast pecans for 10 min. remove from over and salt lightly. Toast cashews and coconut seperately. Add all other ingredients and toast.     1 C Slivered Almonds
    1 C Roasted & Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
    3/5 C. 100% Maple Syrup
    1/4 C Agave Nectar ( or honey)
    1 C Raisins
    2 C Bakers Sweetened Coconut
    2 C Banana Chips Organic
