Ingredients

1.5 cups frozen shelled edamame
1 cup peas
2 cups haricots verts or green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
I cup onion sliced vertically
15-oz. can dark red kidney beans rinsed and drained
15 oz. can black beans rinsed and drianed
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3 tbsp sake
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp diced fresh ginger root
1 tsp salt
Directions
Cook edamame according to package instructions without salt or oil.
Cook grean beans about 1 minute in boiling water, drain and plunge into ice water.
Mix edamame, peas, green beans and onion, kidney and black beans in a medium bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl and whisk.
Pour over beans and marinate in the refridgerator for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
