Can be made with chicken or shrimp. Also add a creole seasoning to taste - could not find my seasoning on spark people and did not have it handy to enter nutrition info. Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz
    *Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 14 oz
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    *Dice Tomatoes & Green Chilies Ro*Tel Original, 1 cup
    El Pollo Loco, Jalapeno Hot Sauce, 2 serving

Directions

Simmer sausage in a frying pan of water until warmed through. Pan fry shrimp in fat free cooking spray. Cook rice per package instructions. Slice sausage and cut shrimp to bit size pieces. add to rice with remaining ingredients and place mixture in four foil packets. Add additional hot sauce or creole seasoning to taste. Grill or cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Serves at least 6.
