    2 cups torn red lettuce
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups mandarin oranges canned
    1 cup red grapes
    1 apple (tart)
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp tarragon
    2 Tbsp fresh spearmint


Place lettuce in a large serving bowl.
Toss with oil.
Add the tangerines, grapes, and apples.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, tarragon and mint.
Toss to combine
