    1/2 cup ofOld Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
    1 scoop of Zero Carb Isopure Protein Powder Vanilla
    3 tbsp Crystal Farms Egg Whites
    1/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk,
    1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed + 3 tbsp of water (1 flax egg)
    1 tbsp of Wheat Germ
    1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp Almond Extract

Directions

Mix dry recipes then add wet. Makes 6 pancakes.
