Ingredients

    1 can evaporated fat free milk

    4 egg whites

    1 egg

    1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt

    2 tsp mustard

    6 oz smoked salmon, broken into pieces

    1 tbsp. dill

    3 laughing cow light wedges, torn into pieces

Directions

Combine 1st 5 ingredients

Then stir in dill and salmon

Pour into muffin tins with paper cups and cooking spray

add little pieces of cheese to each cup

bake at 350 for 35 minutes
