These are really refreshing & very low in calories. These are really refreshing & very low in calories.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *WW Vanilla Nonfat yogurt, 1.25 serving (remove)
    *Lactaid Fat Free Milk, .50 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .50 tsp (remove)
    Gelatin (Jello) prepared with water, 1 package (3 oz) yields (remove)

Directions

Dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt. extract & milk together. When the gelatin mixture is cool, add the yogurt mixture. Mix well. Pour into ice pop molds & freeze til' firm.

    Incredible!
    Made them for my daughter, so substituted some of the ingredients, used juice instead of jello, yoghurt same flavor as the juice.. Put it in an ice cream machine for 15 minutes, and then popped them into popsicle moulds. They were a hit. Thanks - 2/28/12
