Introduction

This is a healthier and modified, but still not really healthy recipe for banana pudding that a friend gave to me. I love it because it is quick and simple and even my husband who will not normally eat banana pudding loves it. Ingredients

    6 Bananas
    1 Box Reduced-Fat Nilla Wafers (there will be some left over for kids to snack on)
    6 cups Skim Milk,
    3 regular packages Vanilla Jello Instant Pudding
    8 oz. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
    8 oz. Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    8 oz. Cool Whip Lite

Directions

Cut the Bananas ahead of time. Thaw the cool whip, and take cream cheese out of the fridge ahead of time or it will be lumpy. Mix the milk with the vanilla pudding let it set, Mix the sour cream, cool whip, and cream cheese then add to the vanilla pudding mixture. Layer vanilla wafers, bananas, then pudding, repeat. Crush remaining vanilla wafers and crumble over the top as a garnish. Chill in fridge for 2 hours or eat immediately as time permits. This will serve 12 large portions.
