Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

8 oz dry Barilla whole grain rotini or macaroni
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    Dash cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    4 cup water
    1 tbsp butter
2 6-oz cans chunk tuna in water, drained
1 cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese
    1 cup frozen peas

Directions

Get out a large skillet or saucepan. Measure the water into it and bring the water to a boil over medium heat. After the water boils, add everything except tuna and cheese. Cook and stir the mixture over medium heat. It should simmer gently. You can put a lid on it if you like, but stir it rather often, because it has a tendency to stick. After 15 minutes of cooking, add the tuna, butter and peas; stir. Add the cheese and cook the mixture until the cheese melts.
