    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Ians Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.5 cup
    *Heinz Organic Ketchup, 2 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp


preheat oven to 350

mix all ingrediants together, put in 6 muffin tins

bake approx 40 minutes or until meat reaches 170.

let stand approx 5 minutes before serving

    These were SO tasty and I love the built-in portion control. Substituted Boca Ground Crumbles for the ground beef. They warmed over very nicely for lunch. Thank you! - 1/8/10

    this is as close to my meatloaf recipe i could find to use for totals; i mix l/3ea crushed crackers;oatmeal;&italian bread crumbs; meatloaf seasoning packet; some tomato soup for mixture;& on top along with shot bbq sauce.No ketchup tomato soup instead & mixed smaller portions for 2people - 4/3/08

    Very Good
    I was looking for something easy, and here it is. I made it as is, and hubby sure likes the Lee & Perrins flavour. I like the little muffin pucks, and froze some for next week. (I made a double batch) - 6/29/11
