Ingredients


    2/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1/2 a banana
    1/2 cup berries (I like blackberries)
    1/2 cup of ice
    1/2 cup of water
    1 tbls cocoa powder (I like extra dark Hershey's)
    2 scoops of protein powder ( I use plain flavor)

Directions

Put the all of the ingredients into your blender. Blend until the ice is all crunched up and the protein powder is mixed in.
This makes about 4 cups, which is one serving!
