Ingredients

    2 Medium baking potatoes
    2 oz Reduced fat Velveeta cheese
    4 TBSP Fat free sour cream
    4 TBSP Green onions
    1 TBSP Garlic powder (or as desired)
    2 TBSP Bacon bits
    Top with Paprika & Parsley

Directions

Bake potatoes, scoop out the potato and mash well with the rest of the ingredients. Top with Paprika and dried parsley and bake again until cheese is set.
