    1 box Pillsbury Reduced Sugar yellow cake mix
    1 sm. pkg fat-free sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    4 medium very ripe banana(s)
    1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream


Mash very ripe bananas and mix with all other ingredients. Pour into a bundt pan well sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
