Ingredients

    cut veggie small pieces-
    saut'e onions,yellow and green zucchini, potatoes
    mix eggs and milk
    pour all veggies and egg in sprayed pan
    sprinkle with veggie saug.
    Top with cut up pieces of cheese

Directions

This makes 2 large servings
Bake in oven 375 for about 35 minutes
Let set for 10 minutes before slicing!
