Ingredients

    1 can mexican corn, drained & rinsed
    1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
    1-2 avacados
    tomatoes
    shallots (green onions)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    juice of 1 fresh lime
    Italian dressing zesty powder

Directions

1. Mix together solid ingredients.

2. Mix together liquid ingredients + powder packet

3. Combine.
