Ingredients

    10 oz pack frozen spinach
    2 large eggs
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
    Garlic Powder
    Black Pepper

Directions

In frying pan on medium high place frozen spinach and cover. Stir occasionally. While waiting for spinach to cook combine 2 large eggs and 2 egg whites in bowl add pepper and garlic to taste and beat. Season spinach with Garlic powder and black pepper to taste when it is almost cooked (thawed). Once spinach is completely cooked, pour egg mixture over spinach and cover. Occasionally stir until eggs are cooked through.

Divide into 3 portions and sprinkle with cheese.

    Very Good
    I think it was a bit too much spinach for my taste, and my toddler refused to eat it. :) We will be trying again soon with a little less spinach. Thanks!! - 1/16/12

    Incredible!
    Very good! Simple, quick, tasty, and hearty. The Black Pepper and Garlic Powder add a lot of flavor. Try to get fresh spices as they really make a difference. I used Penzy's spices. - 12/11/11
