Ingredients

    2 lbs boiled and cubed chicken breast
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup diced celery
    2 Tbsp diced shallots
    1 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp dried tarragon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    5 Cedars sundried tomato and basil wraps
    5 Romaine Lettuce leaves

Directions

toss all ingrediants together in a large bowl (besides wraps and lettuce), serve on wrap with a lettuce leaf
