High in calories, but keeps you full for quite a long time and is big enough you could make 2 servings from it easy. You could even leave the peanut butter out and drop the calories pretty significantly, but the protein would drop too. Ingredients

    1 cup Almond Milk
    1 medium Banana
    2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    1 scoop Protein Powder (I used Olympian Labs Pea Protein)
    1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
    10 Ice Cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and whirl on high until blended thoroughly.

Makes 1 large or 2 smaller servings.
